The Saddle Mountain Association is an organization of all those in our subdivision that have paid the annual $50 dues to the current treasurer. Dues are billed at the beginning of each calendar year.

Landscaping & Maintenance

The two entrances to the Saddle Mountain neighborhood is maintained by the HOA. The cost of seasonal plants, the watering system and maintenance for those areas are included.

Events

There are two types of events we plan for annually. One for Children around Easter and One for Adults in the later Summer or Early Fall

Decorations & Signage

Holiday decorations in both entrances are included in the HOA dues. Our nice black street signs were purchased by the HOA in 2018, for example.
